Description
Chermoula is Moroccan blend of herbs and spices which can be used both as a marinade and as a condiment to season salads, stews, tagines and grilled foods. It can be brushed over meat, chicken, fish, and vegetables or added as a flavor enhancer. We package the sauce in a 200g jar. Chermoula is milder than Chimichurri as it has no onion or vinegar.
Our Chermoula is made with: coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, chili flakes, fresh cilantro, parsley, and mint.
