Vegetables taste better as chips, and crispy sweet potato chips are definitely a winner. The first time I tasted the orange sweet potato fries I was smitten. The orange sweet potato became my favorite vegetable. So, obsessed am I with it that I now grow it on our farm in Nanyuki. I love it, fried, mashed, baked, crisped or made into a dessert I’m going to cook it and eat it. Have you had a chance to eat all the many ways we cook this vegetable?
