Uncle Bob’s is such a magical place with lots of quiet serene lawns and spaces to sit and watch the day go by.  There’s the river front where you can dip your toes if the water isn’t too deep.  The bird life on the farm is one of the best in the country from Eagles, Hornbills, Egyptian Geese to Sunbirds see which you can spot. If you’re lucky, you may even get to see the resident Colobus Monkeys.

I love to host and offer culinary experiences filled with good food and joy. We’ll use most of what is in season and ready on the farm.

An example of Kids Baskets consist of: Sweet n’ Spicy Salad, Chicken Tenders, Hand-cut Fries, Lemon Yoghurt Tea Cake, Lemonade or Fresh juices

An example of Adult Baskets consist of: 2 samosas: 1 beef and 1 feta,  sweet n’ spicy salad, 1 Jerk Chicken Leg, Hand-cut Fries or Wedges, Grilled Lusoi Farm Goat, Lemon Tart or Lemon Yoghurt Cake, Lemongrass Lemonade or fresh juices.

Wine bottles and Craft Beers will be available for sale.

I love Brunch to me, it’s the ultimate no-fuss meal. Brunch is really about sharing food and company. It’s about connecting.  We’ve limited seating for this event, a maximum of 20 persons. In order to help us prepare well for your picnic basket please order your basket in advance and on the day you’ll find it ready for collection.

What to bring: Picnic blankets,  comfortable walking shoes, wellies, lawn games, your own trash bag, music (be considerate of your neighbors) and a pleasant open attitude.
