Our first ever Bikram Yoga class on the farm. Please bring a mat, a towel and comfortable clothes in which to practice.
Led by the radiant Suda-May Morris – an internationally trained yoga teacher known for her joyful energy and soulful practice.
All levels welcome | Children under 15 join free!
