This is such a beautiful salad with so many textures and flavors. Baby Spinach, Rucula, Orange slices, Dried Cranberries, Roasted Cashews and Parmigiana all come together with our orange vinaigrette.
*Sometimes we substitute the orange for apples if the oranges are too tart and the Cashews for Walnuts or Pecans.*
