A little twist on the classic Ceasar salad. In place of Romaine lettuce we use Italian Kale. Croutons, shaved parmesan cheese, you’ve the option to omit the bacon, just opt out and to add sweetness we add dried cranberries.
Please note: if we cannot procure the Lacinato kale we will substitute with Romaine lettuce. Sorry about that but some ingredients are seasonal and not always available.
