Description
Choice lamb is an expensive cut of meat. The lambs are raised in Molo over 9-12 months and the legs retail at 1200-1500/kg. It is however some of the juiciest, fattiest and tenderest meat you’ll ever have. I do not cook mine very rare…please let me know the doneness you’d like. We marinade in a garlic, salt, rosemary and a lemon mixture, vacuum sealed ideally over 2 days. We then slow roast it and send it to you for enjoyment. Pair it with our herb roasted potato wedges, our chimichurri and the colorful green salad to cut the richness and of course a dry glass of Cabernet Sauvignon.
