Linzer cookies are one of the most classic Christmas cookies. We love the combination of the flavorful, rich cookie and the sweet fruity jam. Linzer’s are a classic sandwich cookie. Ours use a ratio of almond flour to all purpose flour, raspberry jam or strawberry jam.  Minimum order quantity is 2 dozen please!
