This is a very rich dish. Mac n’ Cheese is the ultimate comfort food and ours uses Elbow macaroni, cheddar, mozzarella, milk, butter and flour. We bake our Mac n’ Cheese in the oven and dust it with a few toasted garlic bread crumbs to finish. For the bacon version we add 200g or 400g or 600g of streaky bacon depending on the size. A vegetarian option is also available.
