Description
A super rich dish also known as Dauphinoise Potatoes, this French classic is adapted from a Julia Child’s recipe. With layers upon layers of thinly sliced potatoes baked in, cream and butter there’s no cheese with a hint of fresh thyme, it’s luxurious and thoroughly indulgent. If you’d like a top layer of cheese let me know in the notes to the kitchen.
