Description
We first slow roast the hind leg of the goat after curing overnight in salt, pepper and herbs. We then finish the legs over charcoal. The legs generally weigh between 1kg-1.5kg. This can serve 3 people generously or 5 people with accompaniments. Please also remember that meat shrinks when cooked and meat with bone contains less meat. I recommend 500g per person with meat on bone, 250g-300g per person for meat without bone for normal average appetites. Please plan accordingly.
