I love quiches, mainly because I love eggs….like really love eggs. In my family I’m known as the lizard because I can eat eggs everyday in all sorts of forms and methods. Quiches are the ultimate luxurious use of eggs. What’s not to like about the custardy creamy result of mixing eggs, heavy cream and yummy cheeses. Also, their versatility means you can mix-in whatever ingredients you like. We usually work with up to three ingredients.
Unfortunately, I know that intolerances and allergies exist so please do let me know if we can swap out something for you. Eggs? Dairy? Crustless? Please note, though textures will change especially if there’s no cheese or eggs…but its still delicious. For the crustless gluten-free order the frittatas. Please note I cannot omit eggs and cheese as it will fall apart without a binding agent.
