Description
Torta caprese is a traditional Italian cake made with chocolate and either almonds or hazelnuts. Named for the island of Capri from which it originates. Our Torta Caprese is made with almond flour and a good quality dark chocolate. This is a small cake that serves up to 10 pax. Serve it with fresh cream, whipped cream or ice cream and coffee.
