I love street food. And the taco is one of the greatest creation there has ever been. We slow cook the beef over 5 hours and shred it. We then dip the taco in the beef broth and layer it with the meat and cheddar cheese and toast it on a pan. The result is a heavenly mixture of crunchy crispy texture and salty spicy flavor. My advise, don’t get 2 of these! You’ll need more.
