My favorite christmas cookie literally melts in your mouth. I know its ironic since it’s a wedding cookie. In some circles, these little treats are known as “Russian tea cakes,” while in other places, they masquerade as “Danish wedding cookies.” or “snowballs”. This cookie uses powdered sugar, toasted pecan nuts, flour and loads of butter.
