I love quiches, mainly because I love eggs….like really love eggs. In my family I’m known as the lizard because I can eat eggs everyday in all sorts of forms and methods. For our quiche lorraine we use: bacon, leeks and some herbs. We keep it simple as the bacon is a very flavorful ingredient.
Unfortunately, I know that intolerances and allergies exist so please do let me know if we can swap out something for you. Eggs? Dairy? Crustless? Please note, though textures will change especially if there’s no cheese or eggs…but its still delicious. For the crustless gluten-free, please note I cannot omit eggs or cheese as it ill fall apart without a binding agent.
