I love quiches, mainly because I love eggs….like really love eggs. In my family I’m known as the lizard because I can eat eggs everyday in all sorts of forms and methods. Quiches are the ultimate luxurious use of eggs. Whats not to like about the custardy creamy result of mixing eggs, heavy cream and yummy cheeses. Also, their versatility means you can mix-in whatever ingredients you like. We usually work with 3. For our veggie quiche we use roasted seasonal veggies that may include:, leeks, American sweet potatoes, butternut, cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers and loads of herbs.

Please note, though textures will change especially if there’s no cheese or eggs…but its still delicious.
