Description
Our homemade lasagna, tastes like Nonna’s. Layers of hearty slow-cooked bolognese (minced beef chuck and top side, carrots, roasted tomato sauce) atop layers of pasta lined with mozzarella cheese. We also make a gluten-free version. Please let us know in the notes to the kitchen. Please note gluten-free pasta is double or more in cost of the normal pasta sheets.
Small-1kg of beef mince (lean & shin), 1/2kg -3/4kg of Mozzarella
Medium- 1.5kg of beef mince, 1kg Mozzarella
Large-2kg of beef mince, 1.5-2kg of Mozzarella
